Nutritional Values:

Ingredients (Serves 1):

  • 300ml almond milk
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
  • 1 tsp chia seeds
  • 2 tsp cinnamon

Method:

  1. Pour milk into your vortex mixer and activate vortex.
  2. Add ingredients one by one to the spinning vortex.
