Although faults in our products are extremely rare, all our PROMiXX™'s are covered by a 1 year warranty and we would be more than happy to arrange a replacement for you.
The warranty covers any manufacturing fault or flaw. It does not cover accidental damage, or water damage to the motor (unless resulting from a leaking seal).
As part of the 1-year limited warranty we offer a straight exchange for any faulty product upon confirmation of declared fault. This may require the product to be returned for inspection whereby postage and safe receipt is the responsibility of the sender. Alternative evidence can be used should a physical inspection not be required.
Unused products can be returned for a full refund within 28 days of purchase. Used products cannot be refunded.
We kindly ask you to fill out the faulty product form below and send the faulty PROMiXX™, or just the faulty part, back to us at the address below along with a copy of your proof of purchase.
Once we receive and test the faulty return we can ship the new replacement.
If you are sending the PROMiXX™ beaker back please make sure there is no supplement residue or liquid inside, please rinse. Any heavily contaminated bottles will not be tested due to health and safety and will be returned back to the sender.
If you are based outside of the UK please email email@example.com and enquire our alternative resolution to you shipping the faulty return back to us.
Please note that you should only use USB cables provided by us and no 3rd party cables.
