Terms and Conditions relating to PROMiXX X FitTrack Giveaway


Eligibility

  • This giveaway is open to UK & US residents.
  • Entrants must be over the age of eighteen (18) at the time of entry. The promoters reserve the rights to obtain proof of age of the winning entry.
  • Employees of either brands may not enter the giveaway.
  • Entrants will require access to the internet to enter the giveaway.
  • Entrants must have their own active and public personal Instagram account.
  • Entrants remain subject to the Instagram terms and conditions.
How to enter
To enter the giveaway entrants must:
  • Visit and follow both @promixx and @fittrack Instagram accounts.
  • ‘like’ the post related to the giveaway on either the @promixx or @fittrack Instagram accounts.
  • Tag one friend in the comments of the giveaway post.
  • ‘Share’ the giveaway post to their personal and public Instagram account ‘story’
  • Entries must be made between 8:00am (GMT) June 29th, 2020 and 11:59pm (GMT) July 12th, 2020. A PROMiXX computer is the official time-keeping device for the giveaway.
  • Winner will be announced within one week of the giveaway ending.
  • Entries after July 12th will not be valid.
  • No bulk, third party or automated entries are permitted.
Winner selection and contact

  • Fit Track will send the list of entrants from their Instagram post to PROMiXX. Both list of entrants from the two giveaway posts will be placed in a random name generator and the winner will be selected at random.
  • The name chosen by the generator will be checked by PROMiXX and Fit Track to have completed all entry steps.
  • One winner will be chosen at random.
  • The winner will be contacted by PROMiXX.
  • The winner must provide their postage details and email address for the prizes to be sent to them.
  • If the winner fails to provide the relevant details to PROMiXX within 48 hours of the direct message from PROMiXX, then PROMiXX in its absolute discretion may:
  • Make further attempts to contact the winner and/or
  • Withdraw the prize from that winner.
  • If the winner declines or forfeits the prize then PROMiXX will offer the prize to another winner, selected at random.
