Although faults in our products are extremely rare, all PROMIXX products are covered by either a lifetime warranty, or a 1-year limited warranty, and we would be more than happy to arrange a replacement for you. See below for which category your product falls into. Any questions? Feel free to reach out to us!

The warranty covers any manufacturing fault or flaw. It does not cover accidental damage or water damage to the motor (unless resulting from a leaking seal).

  • Non-Electrical Products: Lifetime Warranty
  • Electrical Products: 1-Year Limited Warranty

Returns and refund policy

As part of the PROMIXX limited warranty, we offer a straight exchange for any faulty product upon confirmation of declared fault.

Unused products can be returned for a full refund within 30 days of purchase. Used products cannot be refunded.
