Breakfast Protein Shakes Recipe
It’s a morning feast up in the PROMiXX kitchen as we quickly walk you through two totally-easy breakfast protein shakes.
The Banana and Honey Shake and the Orange Protein Shake. Both will fill a hole and give you the energy you need to go be awesome that day.
Shake 1 - The Banana and Honey Protein Shake
- 350ml Water
- 1 Scoop Vanilla Protein Powder
- 1 Banana (mashed)
- 1 tsp Honey
- In a bowl, mash the banana into a pulp.
- Pour the water into your PROMiXX and activate the vortex.
- Add the mashed banana and mix for 5-10 seconds.
- Add the protein powder and the honey and mix for an additional 5-10 seconds or, until smooth, and enjoy!
Shake 2 - The Orange Juice Protein Shake
- 300ml Water
- 1 Scoop Greens Powder
- 1 Scoop Unflavoured Protein Powder
- Stevia or Honey (to sweeten)
- Pour orange juice into your PROMiXX and activate the vortex.
- Add greens powder and the unflavoured protein powder into the spinning vortex and add the sweetener.
- Mix for 5 - 10 seconds or until smooth, and enjoy.
