High Protein Lasagna
Ingredients:
- Lean ground turkey or beef (500g)
- Whole wheat lasagna noodles
- Ricotta cheese (250g)

- In a skillet, cook minced garlic and red chili flakes in olive oil.
- Add the chicken breast and cook until browned.

Harissa Chicken and Couscous
Ingredients:
- Chicken breast (500g)
- Couscous (1 cup)
- Harissa paste

Preparation:
- Prepare couscous according to the package instructions.
- Coat chicken breasts with harissa paste and grill until cooked through.
