Here we go again - eyes roll almost to the back of the head - as we contemplate the wave of ‘New Year, New Me’ ditherers that are about to come out of the woodwork as January 1st looms.
They look back at the year just passed and hang their heads in shame as they relive the pizza, the beer, the excuses and procrastination when it comes to gym sessions, missed yoga lessons and driving rather than cycling to work - Shame on them, shame on them all!
It’s understandable really that the New Year brings with it the ‘New Year’s Resolution’ fad. A new year is a great way to turn over a new leaf - fresh starts, new beginnings etc. etc. But the fundamental flaw in this, is that so many opt for unrealistic goals. They go all guns blazing into the new year only to inevitably burn out by March (at the latest), and before you know it, they’re back on the couch!
This is why, here at PROMIXX, we are not worrying about New Year’s resolutions - We are focussing more on specifically what we want to ‘Do’ in 2019. We are launching what we are calling...
